Schedule
- 100% Remote (Texas residents only)
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Paid 8-week virtual training, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CT
- Available shifts:
- Tue–Sat, 1:30pm–10:00pm CT
- Sun–Thu, 1:30pm–10:00pm CT
- Thu–Sun, 2:30pm–1:00am CT
- Wed–Sat, 2:30pm–1:00am CT
What You’ll Do
- Engage members and prospects through phone, chat, social media, and text with genuine, unscripted support.
- Educate and connect customers with membership benefits through needs-based sales.
- Provide account updates, payment support, and retention assistance for existing members.
What You Need
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience (phone, chat, or social media channels).
- Strong communication skills with empathy and patience.
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems.
- Must obtain and maintain a Producer Property & Casualty License (paid training provided).
- Texas residency required.
