- Standard business hours with strict turnaround expectations (24–48 hours on key tasks)
What You’ll Do
- Gather and track condominium project documentation to support salability to Agencies and Union Home Mortgage guidelines
- Add appropriate condo conditions to loans based on documentation and project status
- Order initial condo questionnaires from HOAs and follow up on missing or incomplete items
- Order required secondary condo documents as requested by the Collateral Condo Underwriter within 24 hours
- Submit secondary condo documentation within 24 hours of receipt to keep files moving
- Follow up on the status of secondary condo documentation within 48 hours of request
- Follow up on status of condo appraisal revisions within 48 hours of request
- Use loan origination systems and Microsoft Excel/Office tools to document, track, and organize all condo related items
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field
- Experience reviewing property types, appraisal reports, and/or financial statements
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional Agency loans is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Comfortable working with financial and quantitative data
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, and loan origination systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer focused approach
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet strict deadlines
- Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a team oriented mindset
