- Standard business hours with deadline-driven workflows
- Heavy coordination with collateral condo underwriters, operations, and external HOA contacts
What You’ll Do
- Add condo-related conditions to loans as needed based on documentation requirements
- Order initial condo questionnaires from HOAs and follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Order secondary condo documents requested by the Collateral Condo Underwriter within 24 hours
- Submit secondary condo documentation within 24 hours of receiving it
- Follow up on the status of requested secondary condo documentation within 48 hours
- Follow up on condo appraisal revisions within 48 hours of request
- Help ensure the condo project meets salability requirements under Agency and UHM guidelines by providing accurate, complete documentation
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field
- Experience reviewing property types, appraisal reports, and financial statements
- Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional agency loans
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort with loan origination systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, service-focused approach
- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with financial and quantitative data and using sound judgment to support underwriting decisions
