What You’ll Do
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates for drug and occupational health screening requests
- Research candidate needs and coordinate solutions by contacting collection sites and clinics
- Communicate via calls, emails, texts, and Salesforce to resolve internal and external inquiries
- Register applicants for services and support completion of appointments/screensings
- Enter data for lab results, physical exams, and breath alcohol tests
- Troubleshoot technical issues tied to drug order fulfillment and operations
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred, or 2 years relevant experience)
- 1 year of client service or support experience
- Strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet searches, database lookups)
- Strong organization and time management to juggle multiple priorities accurately
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
- Collaborative, team-oriented communication style (comfortable with remote teams)
- Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic
- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
