Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote (U.S.-based)
- Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Overtime possible when needed
- Pay: approx. $15.75/hour (listed as non-negotiable)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for a client and their candidates needing help with drug and occupational health screening requests
- Research and contact collection sites/clinics to match candidates with the right options
- Facilitate communication via calls, emails, texts, and Salesforce for internal and external inquiries
- Register applicants for appropriate services and track completion
- Enter data for lab results, physical exams, and breath alcohol tests
- Troubleshoot issues tied to drug order fulfillment and operations
What You Need
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred)
- 1+ year of client service/support experience
- Strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet research, database lookups)
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities accurately
- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and stay punctual/reliable
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Comfortable working with diverse teams in a remote environment
