What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from members in a courteous, welcoming way and introduce them to Virtual Physical and Occupational Therapy and Fall Prevention programs

• Verify program eligibility, gather accurate member information, and enter data into electronic systems and triage surveys

• Schedule and reschedule new and recurring appointments, taking into account state specific licensure, time zones, and member preferences

• Review cost share and payment responsibilities with members and coordinate collection of pre visit information when needed

• Explain what members need for successful virtual sessions, including equipment and internet requirements, and provide basic technical support

• Maintain timely response and follow up so calls and tasks are handled within required time frames

• Keep thorough, up to date, confidential records related to member interactions and experience

• Support participating providers by assisting with access to care issues, scheduling problems, and claims related questions

• Review systems to confirm proper license and certification documentation for newly onboarded physical therapists

• Participate in team meetings, follow all policies and standards, and assist with other duties as assigned

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in managed care or healthcare

• At least 3 years of general office experience, including administrative support and basic project coordination

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

• Strong listening and communication skills with a customer first mindset

• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and manage time in a changing environment with frequent interruptions

• Comfort working on the phone and via chat and email while staying accurate and professional

• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
