Schedule
- Fully remote, full time day shift
- Helpdesk style work focused on quick turnaround support
- One day each week providing national coverage
- Heavy use of phone, tickets, and internal systems to support Partners in real time
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a three hour SLA on ticket responses within HALO
- Troubleshoot Mavent fails tied to ATR/QM, state rules, TILA, and enterprise rules
- Apply ATR/QM rules and regulations correctly when advising Partners
- Take helpdesk phone calls and questions, directing and supporting Partners using the right resources
- Research compliance topics and build or update FAQ documents to share knowledge
- Communicate and cross train with related Power Help Desk departments
- Attend and participate in Operations companywide huddles
- Meet regularly with department team leads to stay current on updated procedures
- Join required Partner training opportunities to stay sharp on systems and regulations
- Use RingCentral, Halo, Encompass, PartnerNet, and Union University as part of your daily toolkit
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Encompass process flow and Mavent
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
- Excellent customer service skills with clear, professional communication
- Detail oriented approach with strong multitasking ability
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with urgency when time constraints are involved
- Solid judgment to identify and resolve issues in ways that positively impact UHM Partners
