What You’ll Do
⦁ Verify caller enrollment status with Mercy Care Plan
⦁ Collect and document accurate demographic details from callers and Mercy Care systems
⦁ Confirm special assistance needs, including support for members with serious mental illness
⦁ Use QuickBase to complete intake forms with thorough, precise documentation of call reasons
⦁ Provide empathetic, compassionate support to all callers
⦁ Support special projects as assigned
What You Need
⦁ Must reside in Arizona
⦁ 6+ months experience with Medicare and Medicaid programs
⦁ 6+ months experience with behavioral health systems supporting individuals with serious mental illness
⦁ Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency
⦁ Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls and critically assess information for completeness
