- Pay Consistency: Evaluate and maintain job descriptions to ensure pay consistency across job families within BECU, and in accordance with market standards.
- Incentive Payments: Calculate ad hoc incentive payments as necessary.
- Compensation Surveys: Responsible for completing assigned compensation surveys to contribute to benchmarking and market analysis.
- Applicable Laws and Regulations: Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to compensation to ensure compliance.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with leadership, HR Business Partners, and employees to address issues, questions, and concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects, plan design, and program implementations to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Compensation.
- Advanced Excel skills.

- Demonstrated initiative and responsibility with confidential/sensitive information.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Workday, MarketPay, and/or JDXpert.
- CCP certification or continuing education.
- Experience participating in project teams.
