About Maximus
Maximus partners with public-sector programs to deliver services that help people access essential support. This role supports the Montana Employment and Training Project, focusing on building and managing relationships with training providers. The work is community-facing, coordination-heavy, and built around collaboration.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must reside in Montana (required)
- Travel up to 25% required
- Home office required with reliable high-speed internet:
- Minimum 20 Mbps download (50 Mbps if shared internet)
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training providers, maintaining strong communication and follow-through
- Build and oversee relationships with a variety of training providers to support program needs
- Maintain and manage training provider agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with program goals
- Keep an accurate, up-to-date database and schedule of training providers
- Recruit additional training providers when needed to meet program objectives
- Act as a liaison between multiple training providers when collaboration benefits participants
- Provide administrative support to the Employment Services & Community Relations team to support outreach and smooth operations
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple relationships at once
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Public speaking experience (preferred)
- Cold calling experience (preferred)
