Chobani’s Consumer Loyalty Team brings the vision and experience of the Chobani Brand to life on all our channels. We ensure that every consumer walks away with best in brand experience despite their original position. Our team is responsible for defending the brand, carrying a knowledge of every product—ingredients, nutrition, regulatory compliance, community, sustainability, farming and everything about our company including our amazing founder and leader. We’re working to build brand loyalty, upsell our products and ensure that all messaging addresses the needs of the audience. We’re also responsible to meet consumers where they are and must be knowledgeable about a variety of channels with which we speak with consumers. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Execute on the care of consumers to ensure a best-in-class experience, while collecting valuable data and conveying important details about Chobani, our products, our mission and our values. 
  • Execute every interaction with excellence in service and knowledge. 
  • Offer best in class service to ensure that each consumer leaves the interaction feeling seen, heard, supported and cared for.  
  • Represent the company as an expert in products, including product specs, descriptions, nutritionals, ingredients and social issues to address incoming questions
  • Accurately record information gathered in transactions with consumers into CRM (Consumer Relations Management) system. 
  • Report on Quality and Feedback to provide the business with necessary data that will ensure productivity improvements and business decision making on behalf of consumers. 
  • Provide support to our consumers via social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Answer questions or address concerns about Chobani ads, brand messaging and developing news.
  • Meet quality and productivity requirements as it relates to engaging the needs of the consumer.  
  • Escalate business-critical complaints.
  • Perform other duties as necessary
     

Requirements

  • College Degree or High School Diploma combined with relevant experience required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Ability to understand and convey the ideals and culture of the Chobani brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new material and information 
  • Previous experience with real time data entry
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while managing proper tone and messaging
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little supervision 
  • Must be able to travel to our Norwich or New Berlin locations.

Compensation Range: $20.50 – $28.25, plus bonus.
