What You’ll Do
- Manage responses to public feedback across platforms (Social, BBB, Trustpilot, Reddit, etc.)
- Maintain brand tone with fast, empathetic, accurate engagement
- Partner with CX and Legal teams to resolve escalations and ensure compliance
- Track sentiment, trends, and key KPIs — and share actionable insights
- Build and refine response playbooks and content guidelines
- Support organic social content and reputation-building efforts
- Oversee advocate & patient appreciation program (e-giftcards)
What You Need
- 3–5 years in community management, social media, or customer experience
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Experience managing public-facing responses and brand reputation
- Ability to balance transparency, empathy, and compliance
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple platforms
- Experience partnering with CX, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams
Bonus
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with social listening tools
- Experience building response playbooks
