What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and messages from potential clients with empathy and professionalism
- Identify client needs and route them to the appropriate service lines
- Collect and manage information in databases with accuracy and consistency
- Communicate detailed updates to internal teams
- Track referrals, update statuses, and maintain clear notes in the system
- Build strong internal relationships to improve how clients are served
- Make outbound calls to patients already in the care continuum
- Handle other related duties as assigned by a supervisor
What You Need
- Strong phone presence and professional written communication
- Patient, attentive, empathic listening skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with solid time management
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft tools
- Reliable, self-starting work style with a strong work ethic
- Sales/marketing experience is preferred
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Will train the right candidate
