What You’ll Do
- Serve as the product owner for Curana’s internal communications ecosystem, including intranet, microsites, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other engagement platforms.
- Develop and execute messaging strategies for key initiatives such as system rollouts, organizational changes, and leadership announcements.
- Shape and maintain Curana’s internal voice, tailoring communications for providers, leaders, and associates with a clear understanding of each audience.
- Draft, edit, and polish internal communications yourself while coaching leaders and partners to deliver strong messages and use tools like Copilot effectively.
- Partner with HR, IT, Transformation, clinical leaders, and executive leadership to align channel strategy, timing, and delivery methods.
- Define, document, and uphold standards for clarity, tone, and message discipline across all internal channels.
- Support town halls, leadership cascades, and enterprise wide communications, including planning, content, and follow through.
- Lead cross functional communications initiatives, guiding contractors or dotted line contributors as needed to deliver a cohesive employee experience.
What You Need
- At least 7 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or change management.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence without formal people management authority.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong, adaptable voice.
- Product minded approach to communications platforms, with experience designing cohesive experiences across intranets and internal tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and microsites.
- Experience tailoring messaging for diverse audiences and channels, ideally in a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for execution, able to move from idea to plan to shipped deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth setting with evolving priorities.
