The Commercialization Specialist role will develop and administer the creation of communications & resources, creating high-quality artifacts designed to support and enhance our commercialization practices and create materials that effectively communicate the value of our efforts and facilitate the transition to adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic administration and communication plan to support our objectives and goals
- Craft compelling and effective content for various channels including newsletters, employee content/SharePoint sites, initiative launches and meetings
- Oversee the production of communication materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and create cohesive communication efforts
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans as needed
- Organize and manage events, including townhalls and product/initiative launches
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication
- Create compelling and informative content to support commercialization activities, including communications, presentations, and educational communication materials
- Develop resources such as toolkits, guides, and templates
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate into effective content development
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible materials for diverse audiences
- Manage content development process from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of content and resources, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making improvements as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Creative Suites, electronic delivery tools)
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with graphic design and video production

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
