Schedule
Full-time, W2, remote (U.S.). Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 base plus team performance bonus. Property & Casualty license preferred (low-level license acceptable).

What You’ll Do

⦁ Process commercial policy servicing work (endorsements, audits, rating submissions, policy changes) accurately and on deadline
⦁ Serve as first point of contact for inbound client calls, answering basic questions and routing complex issues to Account Managers/AEs
⦁ Work daily in Agency Management Systems (Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or similar) to maintain accurate records
⦁ Manage service tickets and task queues, tracking follow-ups through completion
⦁ Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and internal documentation
⦁ Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to support retention and client satisfaction
⦁ Coordinate with offshore teammates, checking outputs and maintaining quality control
⦁ Spot repetitive tasks that can be delegated, streamlined, or optimized with tech/AI

What You Need

⦁ 3+ years in insurance or contact center experience with proven remote self-management
⦁ Familiarity with multiple AMS platforms (Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, etc.)
⦁ Property & Casualty license (preferred)
⦁ Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort multitasking under volume
⦁ Confidence handling inbound calls independently and professionally
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication with clear English proficiency
⦁ Exposure to national accounts or multi-state servicing is a plus
