What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to overdue accounts
- Assist customers in understanding outstanding balances and create payment arrangements
- Document detailed call information for auditing and reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records
- Provide courteous, professional communication during every interaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous collections experience required
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent listening, communication, and comprehension skills
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Wired broadband internet connection (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up minimum; no satellite, wireless, or dial-up)
- Ability to work from a private residence listed in company records
