Schedule
• Full-time remote
• Two evening shifts per week (12PM–9PM CST & 10AM–7PM CST)
• One Saturday every 5 weeks
• Must reside in an eligible state (multi-state list applies)
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls on delinquent accounts to resolve payment issues
• Research accounts and provide hardship options when needed
• Process phone payments and answer detailed account questions
• Handle overflow calls including disputes, recovery, and bankruptcy inquiries
• Work cross-functionally to support customers and maintain accuracy
• Document details and follow all company policies for compliance
What You Need
• Associate degree OR relevant professional experience
• Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet) + fast typing
• Detail-oriented with a talent for de-escalation and follow-through
