What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through questions and concerns related to the service
- Listen for the real issue and provide clear, practical solutions
- Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Identify opportunities to offer additional or enhanced services when appropriate
- Provide recommendations that improve the overall customer experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous collections experience (required for this posting)
- 6+ months customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, active listening, and de-escalation skills
- Detail-oriented documentation habits
- Comfortable using company-issued equipment (webcam may apply)
- Reliable home setup that meets internet requirements
- For internal candidates: not on corrective action/performance plan; in current role 6+ months; relevant program experience
