Full-Time | Remote | $16.00–$18.00 per hour + bonus potential
What You’ll Do
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts via outbound and inbound calls.
- Negotiate payment plans and secure account resolutions in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions.
- Provide professional, empathetic service to customers while meeting performance targets.
- Demonstrate knowledge of FDCPA guidelines and company collection policies.
What You Bring
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of proven collections experience (minimum).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous call center experience (5 years preferred).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable broadband internet connection (hard-wired, 25 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload).
