What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for delinquent loan accounts
⦁ Negotiate and set up payment arrangements while following Enova’s required call flow
⦁ Resolve escalations and late-payment issues with professionalism and empathy
⦁ Clearly explain consequences of overdue payments and available resolution options
⦁ Document all interactions, payment plans, and account notes accurately in the system
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year in a high-volume debt collections environment (inbound + outbound)
⦁ Strong conflict resolution skills, active listening, and de-escalation ability
⦁ Solid negotiation skills while staying compliant with policy
⦁ Proven remote-work discipline: time management, schedule adherence, multitasking
⦁ Quick, logical problem-solving under pressure

Quick reality check: collections is emotionally taxing. If you don’t have at least a year of true collections with quotas and heavy dials, this posting will probably auto-screen you out.
