What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts
- Secure payments while delivering professional, customer-focused service
- Negotiate effectively and maintain compliance with regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate information exchange
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of collections experience required
- Call center experience (5 years preferred)
- FDCPA knowledge a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
