Schedule
- Part-time, fully remote (US)
- Central Time (CST) schedule required
- Monday and Friday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST
- Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST
- Permanent work-from-home position (equipment provided)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer inbound calls and text messages to help customers remain in compliance
⦁ Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to support retention and collections efforts
⦁ Track and follow up on promise-to-pays, payment plans, and settlements on time
⦁ Prioritize daily tasks to hit deadlines and performance KPIs
⦁ Support special projects and handle other tasks as assigned by leadership
What You Need
⦁ Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
⦁ 2+ years of customer service, collections, or sales experience (strongly preferred)
⦁ Associate degree or equivalent work experience
⦁ Strong problem-solving and listening skills to drive account resolution
⦁ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, call-center environment with sensitive information
