Schedule
• Part-time, permanent work-from-home (Remote-US)
• Hours (CST): Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Inbound and outbound calls, plus customer texts and emails
• No benefits or paid time off unless required by state law
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer inbound calls and text messages to help customers remain in compliance
⦁ Make outbound calls, send texts, and email customers to support retention and collections
⦁ Follow up on promise-to-pays, payment plans, and settlements on time
⦁ Organize and prioritize daily work to hit deadlines and performance goals
⦁ Track and meet department guidelines and KPIs
⦁ Support special projects and other duties as assigned
What You Need
⦁ Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
⦁ 2+ years in customer service, collections, or sales (strongly preferred)
⦁ Associate degree or equivalent work experience
⦁ Strong problem-solving and analytical ability to find the best path to resolution
⦁ Strong listening skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
⦁ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, call center environment
⦁ Motivated by goals and performance targets
⦁ Availability for the listed CST schedule
