Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (based in PA)
- Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all communications
- Follow company compliance guidelines, including local, state, and federal requirements
- Adhere to proper call structures and collection techniques
- Identify account situations and provide appropriate resolutions
- Update account status and documentation accurately for follow-up
- Use available tools to provide information and support account resolution
- Escalate pressing issues to management as needed
- Collaborate positively with team members and management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
Preferred
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience
- 1+ year of collections experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Compensation
