Schedule
• 100% remote within the U.S.

• 3-month 1099 contract with potential extension

What You’ll Do
• Build deep pipelines of physicians and advanced practice clinicians across active specialties
• Expand into new specialties quickly as Allara grows
• Run high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed, specialty boards, associations, and creative channels
• Constantly test and refine outreach messaging, channels, and tactics
• Partner closely with the Clinical Talent team on needs, timelines, multi-state licensure, and APRN supervision requirements
• Pre-qualify providers quickly and hand off warm, engaged leads to recruiters
• Share market intel: where talent is, what candidates want, and how to win them
• Hit aggressive sourcing KPIs while maintaining ATS accuracy and candidate experience
What You Need
• 5+ years of physician and APRN sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven success sourcing across multiple specialties
• Track record of aggressive outbound sourcing and consistently hitting ambitious pipeline goals
• Telehealth, multi-state, or high-growth healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialty sourcing channels
• Data-driven, creative, and fast-moving without needing rigid processes
• Independent, accountable, and comfortable owning results
• Strong communication and provider-facing professionalism
Benefits
• 1099 contractor role
• Pay: $70 to $80 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Fully remote (U.S.)
• Contract duration: 3 months (extension possible)
