Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based only)
- Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 9 PM ET
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coach a team of CX associates handling complex dental inquiries
- Track KPIs such as productivity, accessibility, and quality
- Audit interactions, deliver actionable feedback, and close process gaps
- Develop and optimize SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and remove bottlenecks
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture centered on customer experience
What You Need
- 2+ years of frontline leadership experience in customer service (startup/tech preferred)
- 1+ years as a direct people manager required
- Customer service expertise with strong de-escalation and empathy skills
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements
- Tech comfort; Zendesk experience preferred
- Bonus: healthcare/clinical background, dental industry knowledge
