By combining small group therapy, evidence-based care, and strong coordination, they are redesigning what mental health treatment can look like for young people and families.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote position based in the United States
- Supports Charlie Health’s Southeast region
- Involves crisis management and on-call responsibilities tied to intensive outpatient program delivery, including some nights and weekends
- Day to day work completed virtually using Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and survey tools
What You’ll Do
- Supervise an assigned group of clinicians, offering coaching, feedback, and clinical support
- Partner with the Clinical Director to build and implement an engaging clinical schedule and treatment curriculum
- Maintain a clinical caseload and lead at least 15 hours of weekly group treatment
- Ensure services are delivered according to recognized best practices and Charlie Health standards
- Provide crisis management support throughout IOP delivery, including nights and weekends as scheduled
- Monitor treatment documentation for completeness, quality, and compliance with DHCS, Joint Commission, and internal standards
- Deliver clinical supervision that meets regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, staff, agencies, and referral sources
- Model strong professional ethics, healthy boundaries, and confidentiality for the clinical team
- Help build and maintain relationships with key referral sources and community partners
What You Need
- Independent license as a mental health counselor
- Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Clinical experience serving children, teens, young adults, and adult clients
- Leadership experience in a clinical environment such as inpatient, outpatient, IOP, or PHP
- Comfort using and learning cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and survey platforms
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI, and confidence integrating them into treatment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to documentation quality and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, fully remote setting
- Not currently residing in New York, Colorado, Washington, or California, as this role is not available in those states
Benefits
- Comprehensive benefits package for full-time, exempt employees
- Target base salary range of approximately 65,000 to 85,000 dollars per year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity
- Target total cash compensation, including performance-based bonus, up to approximately 94,000 dollars per year
