- Dynamic schedule with scheduled “on-call” remote technical support duties
What You’ll Do
⦁ Provide technical support during implant procedures for the remedē System
⦁ Train hospital staff when opening new implanting centers
⦁ Support therapy activation, titration, and optimization to improve patient outcomes
⦁ Partner closely with the Territory Manager to support the full sales process
⦁ Support overnight sleep studies and therapy optimization
⦁ Train customers to use the remedē System programmer and perform device programming
⦁ Maintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities
⦁ Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call coverage
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree required (technical field preferred)
⦁ 2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, ideally Cardiac Rhythm Management with extensive implant support experience
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort training clinical teams
⦁ Team-first mindset with the ability to act independently when needed
⦁ IBHRE certification preferred
⦁ Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% with overnight stays
