Schedule
• Fully remote
• Full time, 40 hours per week (non exempt)
• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST (8 hour shift + 30 minute unpaid lunch)
• Scheduling across multiple time zones is required
What You’ll Do
• Own creation of every Midi clinician schedule in athenaHealth
• Monitor clinician schedules daily to ensure accuracy and availability
• Manage the patient waitlist and backfill openings as time becomes available
• Reschedule patients and adjust clinician schedules as needed
• Support cross coverage for Care Coordinator responsibilities when assigned
• Maintain strong scheduling hygiene to protect access, reduce gaps, and improve patient experience
What You Need
• 3+ years of experience as a clinical scheduler building clinician schedules (not just booking patients), ideally using athenaHealth
• 1+ year of experience working for a digital healthcare company
• Proven ability to schedule across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail, high ownership, and self starter mindset
• Comfort working in a fast paced, agile startup environment
