- Ensure that customers are satisfied. Work with IMR teams, Sales Managers, Customer Service Product Management, R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing to attend to customers’ needs.
- Conduct technical product training and provide sales tools to help Leica sales reps become more effective in selling products. Perform and support product evaluations / demonstrations alongside IMR teams.
- Work to promote the awareness, acceptance, and eventual the sale of Leica Medical products. Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase win rate and grow market share.
- In conjunction with customers and reps, generate new product ideas and make recommendations to Product Management. Work with Sales Management, Product Management and R&D in conducting field evaluation tests to ensure the viability of new products. Support product launch initiatives at the local and national level.
- Work with customers or other experts to generate appropriate field data and case studies which highlight product benefits and help differentiate Leica products.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors’ Degree
- Sales experience in selling products of a technical nature preferred.
- Minimum of two years microscopy experience is preferred; in-depth knowledge of the microscopy market is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in Ophthalmology & Surgery
