Schedule
• Fully remote within the U.S.
• 32 hours per week
• Contract-to-hire: 1099 contractor with potential transition to W2 (based on performance and business needs)
• Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

What You’ll Do
• Lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment for clinical roles: source, screen, interview, and close
• Build innovative sourcing strategies using clinical networks, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Promote Allara’s employer brand to attract top women’s health talent
• Manage job postings, pipelines, and candidate data in the ATS with strong accuracy and organization
• Partner with hiring leaders to align recruiting efforts with clinical priorities and coverage needs
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Allara’s mission and values
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey
• Maintain strong pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned hiring processes
• Track and report hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting outcomes
• Stay current on multi-state licensure requirements and specialty-specific hiring nuances

What You Need
• 2+ years clinical recruitment experience hiring licensed professionals (APRNs, MDs, RDs, etc.) across multiple states
• Telehealth recruiting experience and comfort with remote clinical workflows and state licensing nuances
• Start-up experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
• Strong sourcing skills beyond job boards (outbound, referrals, networks)
• ATS proficiency with a focus on pipeline management, reporting, and clean data
• Organized, proactive, solutions-oriented work style
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with authenticity and care
• Passion for women’s health and mission-driven work

Benefits
• Pay: $70–$80 per hour (dependent on experience)
• 1099 contractor role with path to W2
