Schedule
• Fully remote within the U.S.
• 32 hours per week
• Contract-to-hire path: starts as 1099, with potential to transition to W2 based on performance and business needs

What You’ll Do
• Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles: source, screen, interview, and close
• Build creative sourcing strategies through networks, referrals, and outbound outreach (not just job boards)
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to align recruiting efforts with clinical priorities
• Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline health in the ATS with strong data accuracy
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
• Build strong candidate relationships and guide providers through the hiring journey
• Maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure coverage and clean handoffs
• Track hiring metrics, report insights, and improve recruiting outcomes over time
• Stay sharp on multi-state licensing and hiring requirements across specialties

What You Need
• 2+ years of clinical recruiting experience with proven hires of licensed providers (APRNs, MDs, RDs, etc.) across multiple states
• Telehealth recruiting experience and understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances
• Start-up experience, comfortable in high-growth environments with shifting priorities
• Strong sourcing chops beyond job boards, with the ability to engage top talent directly
• ATS proficiency with a focus on pipeline management, reporting, and process efficiency
• Organized, proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with a mission-driven approach
• Passion for women’s health and building a high-quality provider network

Benefits
• 1099 contractor role with contract-to-hire potential (W2)
• Pay: $70 to $80 per hour (dependent on experience)
