What You’ll Do:
Responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure providers are assigned and ready to start services prior to their placement start date; Responsible for monitoring provider utilization and swiftly escalating when utilization standards are not met; Reports on key metrics to internal stakeholders alerting them to any discrepancies in utilization or placement start dates;
- Placement Assignments: Responsible for matching providers with placements, taking into account partner and provider preferences, availability, cost effectiveness, provider licensing, credentialing, and ability;
- Placement Readiness: Ensures that providers have all the resources and credentials they need prior to their first day of services; Gathers information from all stakeholders to be properly informed of all client requirements to ensure a smooth and timely start date;
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Customer Success Managers, Clinical Managers, and the Licensing Team, to ensure that providers are paired with the best possible client ensuring contract satisfaction; Collaborate with the clinical management team to ensure proper utilization of providers;
- Utilization Tracking: Track and report on provider utilization and productivity to ensure that provider productivity standards are met; Alerts key stakeholders to any discrepancies within utilization or productivity metrics;
- Metric Reporting: Reports on placement and utilization metrics to key stakeholders to ensure that standards are being met and adjusted as needed;

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, required.
- 2+ years of experience working within teletherapy and/or client and patient matching, required
The on target earnings for this role are $70,000 – $77,500. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
