Their Clinical Operations team supports the engine behind care, and this role sits inside Learning & Development, partnering with Clinical Ops, people, practice administration, quality, and compliance as the company grows.

- Mix of daily coordination plus special projects and process improvement work
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end learning and development projects for Clinical and Clinical Operations teams, from planning through evaluation
• Support administration of the LMS, including course uploads, learner tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, materials, attendance tracking, and accurate training records
• Edit and format training videos to match learning objectives and brand standards, with accessibility in mind
• Track timelines, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders updated with clear communication
• Prepare and execute communications for the L&D team as needed
• Balance competing priorities across teams while keeping work moving forward
• Coordinate meetings and events (virtual and occasional in-person), ensuring smooth execution
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• 2+ years supporting cross-functional learning projects (coordination, tracking, and using data/feedback to guide next steps)
• Strong project management and time management skills with reliable follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail
• Comfort learning new tools quickly and improving processes as you go
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
• High EQ and a demonstrated commitment to an inclusive, collaborative work environment
