What You’ll Do
- Manage onboarding from preboarding through launch into client-facing care
- Support clinical training efforts by learning the roles and responsibilities of your assigned onboarding cohorts
- Guide new hires through required onboarding steps, providing extra direct training and support when needed
- Maintain regular contact with new hires via email, phone, and text
- Keep onboarding materials current, clinically relevant, and effective for different learning styles
- Partner with recruiting, onboarding, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations to track progress and performance
- Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness
- Handle sensitive employee and contractor information with strict confidentiality
- Escalate issues quickly, diplomatically, and with discretion
- Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative leadership and external partners
- Support other onboarding and training tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required
- HR experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
- Strong problem-solving and “figure it out” mentality
- Comfort using Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox
- Relationship-building skills with a consultative style
- Work authorized in the U.S. with native or bilingual English proficiency
Benefits

- Base salary target: $44,000–$58,000/year
- Total compensation may include additional Charlie Health-sponsored benefits beyond base pay
