Allara is hiring a Clinical Onboarding Manager to own provider onboarding end-to-end, from credentialing through the first 30 days, for a fast-growing network of 350+ providers across all 50 states. What You’ll Do
- Own and improve the full provider onboarding process (credentialing through first 30 days)
- Lead technical and systems onboarding, training steps, documentation collection, and handoff to clinical management
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships to keep onboarding smooth and on-time
- Proactively follow up to ensure tasks are completed and capacity expectations stay on track
- Create and maintain KPIs, SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards; report key metrics to leadership
- Partner with internal teams to improve workflows, data practices, and implement automations
What You Need
- 3+ years in healthcare operations, including 1+ year in a management role
- Experience supporting distributed provider networks (100+ providers preferred)
- Strong operational analytics and KPI management experience
- Persistent follow-up style with strong problem-solving instincts
