Schedule
- Remote role within the United States
- Full-time position at $17/hour
- Work-from-home with company-provided technology
- Requires a stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up; 100/20 recommended for video meetings)
- Standard daytime business hours, with outbound calling and activity goals set by management
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound “sales style” calls to clinical and fitness practitioners to promote ASH and invite them into Clinical programs
- Use a contact management database to track calls, activity, and outcomes for assigned campaigns
- Meet minimum daily and weekly outbound call targets and monthly recruitment goals for practitioner applications
- Provide practitioners with the correct agreements, links, and information using ASHLink and other internal resources
- Submit weekly activity reports to your supervisor and support the department on special projects as needed
- Follow established standards and practices in the Practitioner Contracting/Communications Incentive Guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to sharpen your skills and stay aligned with campaign messaging
What You Need
- Associate degree required or equivalent experience (high school diploma required if using experience in place of degree)
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
- Strong verbal and phone communication skills with a focus on reaching decision makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in databases and online systems
- Organized, results-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a remote environment
- Ability to build relationships over the phone, qualify practitioners based on documented criteria, handle common objections, and present information clearly using provided scripts
- Professional, positive attitude with strong listening, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills
