- Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time

What You’ll Do
⦁ Support patients and providers by coordinating lab orders, prescription refills, and pre-authorizations accurately and on time
⦁ Manage faxed requests, medical documentation, and patient forms while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
⦁ Relay provider updates, care recommendations, and medical actions to patients in a clear, professional, and compassionate way
⦁ Provide empathetic, patient-centered support via phone, email, and in-app messaging with timely, accurate responses
⦁ Help patients with scheduling, telehealth logistics, and general questions about their care plans and Allara’s services
⦁ Offer personalized assistance that helps patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and clarity
⦁ Ensure patient information is accurately shared between providers, patients, and internal teams
⦁ Stay up to date on Allara’s clinical workflows and processes to better support providers and the broader care team
What You Need
⦁ 1.5+ years of experience in a support role such as medical reception, patient coordination, or telehealth support
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle complex or sensitive conversations
⦁ Exceptional attention to detail and a calm, problem-solving mindset
⦁ Comfort working with multiple systems and handling sensitive patient data
⦁ Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred
⦁ A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet suitable for confidential patient communication
⦁ Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
