Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote work with required high-speed internet and distraction-free environment
- Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Training provided in a classroom-style virtual setting
- Must be able to provide on-site support if within 50 miles of an OSH center
What You’ll Do
- Deliver telephonic triage care addressing medical, social, and psychological needs
- Document patient interactions clearly and accurately in real time
- Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for patients
- Support prescription refill processes per policy
- Meet departmental metrics and contribute to process improvements
What You Need
- Active, non-probationary Registered Nurse license in all OSH states of practice
- Strong PC, Google Suite, and system navigation skills
- Prior remote work experience preferred
- Ability to manage time independently and reliably
- Commitment to maintaining CE credits and licensure requirements
