Schedule
- Full time, salaried role
- Core hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Mountain Time
- Remote position within the United States
- This role is not available to candidates who live in Illinois
- Requires reliable technology and a private, confidential workspace for telehealth and virtual team leadership
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Admissions Assessment Therapists, Associates, and Coordinators to hit department goals
- Run the supervision rhythm for your team, including performance reviews, weekly one on one check ins, team meetings, training, and growth planning
- Oversee intake and biopsychosocial assessments for prospective clients entering national virtual IOP programming
- Complete monthly chart audits to ensure documentation quality, compliance, and clinical integrity
- Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Admissions Leadership, Compliance, Revenue Cycle Management, and Utilization Review to refine policies, workflows, and best practices
- Own escalation paths and service recovery when issues arise, determining next steps and ensuring a strong client and family experience
- Present programming information in a clear, supportive way so clients and families understand level of care and next steps
- Complete HIPAA compliant virtual biopsychosocial assessments across children, teens, young adults, and adults with varying mental health concerns
- Identify when crisis intervention, safety assessment, or a higher level of care is needed and coordinate with appropriate internal teams
- Construct provisional DSM V diagnoses and document findings in the electronic medical record
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules and communicate new admissions to staff
- Adapt to organizational changes and restructuring as the program grows while staying focused on increasing access and reducing barriers to care
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a mental health or closely related behavioral health field
- Independent mental health licensure required; all disciplines are welcome
- At least 2 years of behavioral health admissions supervisory or management experience
- Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage details in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and build rapport across multiple levels of an organization
- High proficiency using electronic medical record systems
- Comfortable with Salesforce preferred, and familiar with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and other cloud based tools
- Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
- Reliable technology to deliver uninterrupted, confidential, compliant telehealth services
