Schedule
- Part-time, W2 role
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Core availability:
- Monday–Thursday 3 pm to 8 pm MT (highly preferred)
- Or Monday–Thursday 10 am to 2 pm MT
- Friday and Saturday availability strongly preferred
- Fully remote, work from home
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Not available in: AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington DC
Responsibilities
- Open virtual group sessions and confirm technical setup for all expected clients
- Greet clients online, welcome them into group, and answer basic questions
- Facilitate smooth virtual entry for clients and group facilitators during sessions
- Monitor group attendance in real time and reach out to absent clients as needed
- Verify and publish group attendance across all treatment days and times
- Communicate client absences, tech issues, and clinical concerns to the appropriate team members, clients, and families
- Send calendar invites and text reminders for scheduled treatment sessions
- Track and monitor alumni or family groups as assigned
- Administer surveys and support simple data collection tasks
- Support the clinical team with light operational and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must live in the United States and be work authorized
- Available for at least 10 hours per week within required time windows
- Comfortable being on camera regularly in a professional, client-facing setting
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing demands
- 1+ year experience using video platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype
- Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and stay organized while remote
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults in individual or group environments is highly preferred
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools: Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, EMR
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
