Charlie Health provides virtual intensive outpatient mental health treatment for young people and families. Their mission is to remove barriers to care and increase access to personalized, connection-centered support.
Schedule
- Part-time W2 role
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Preferred availability
- Mon–Thu 3 PM–8 PM MT, or
- Mon–Thu 10 AM–2 PM MT
- Friday/Saturday availability preferred
- Remote role; reliable internet and quiet workspace required
Responsibilities
- Open and set up virtual groups daily
- Welcome clients into group sessions and assist with questions
- Support facilitators and clients during live programming
- Monitor attendance and follow up with no-shows
- Publish attendance records and documentation
- Communicate technical or attendance concerns to internal teams
- Send calendar invites and session reminders
- Track alumni and family groups as needed
- Administer surveys and assist with projects
- Additional duties as required
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior experience working with youth and adults in therapeutic or group settings preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using video-based platforms and digital tools
- Proficient in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Dropbox, EMR systems
- Able to learn new software quickly
- Professional presence on camera

Compensation
- $20 per hour
