About Charlie Health
Charlie Health delivers personalized, virtual treatment for people navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. By focusing on individuals with complex needs, we’re removing barriers to care, expanding access nationwide, and improving outcomes from the comfort of home.
Schedule
- Part-time (minimum 10 hours per week)
- Highly preferred availability:
- Monday–Thursday, 3–8 pm MT, or
- Monday–Thursday, 10–2 pm MT
- Friday/Saturday availability strongly preferred
- Remote (U.S. only, excluding NY, CO, WA, and CA)
Responsibilities
- Open virtual groups and ensure technical setup for clients.
- Welcome clients to group sessions and answer basic questions.
- Facilitate client and facilitator entry into treatment sessions.
- Monitor attendance and contact absent clients when needed.
- Verify and publish group attendance daily.
- Communicate client absences, technical issues, or concerns to team members.
- Send calendar invites and text reminders for treatment sessions.
- Track and monitor alumni or family groups as needed.
- Administer surveys to collect data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with native or bilingual English proficiency.
- W2, part-time position (minimum 10 hours per week).
- Previous experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and adult clients in individual or group settings strongly preferred.
- Reliable technology and WiFi for remote work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, EMRs.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) or Google Sheets.
