Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Evening availability required (until 9 PM MST)
- Weekend work as needed
- Must maintain flexibility to support programming needs
- Hybrid schedule required if living within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of Clinical Administrators
- Monitor team performance and track KPIs (scheduling accuracy, billed vs. scheduled hours, quality audits)
- Improve operational processes to support scaling and efficiency
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to program standards
- Conduct audits and drive quality compliance
- Collaborate with admissions, care experience, compliance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and enhance workflows
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience working with diverse age groups (youth + adults); mental health experience strongly preferred
- Background in program development and community outreach
- Alumni engagement experience a plus
- Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends
- Experience with cloud-based tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, EMR systems)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Candidates in CA, NY, and CO not eligible
