Schedule
- W2 Part-Time role (minimum 10 hours per week)
- Preferred availability:
- Mon–Thurs, 3–8 PM MT (highly preferred) or 10–2 PM MT
- Fri/Sat availability strongly preferred
- Fully remote (not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or DC)
What You’ll Do
- Open group sessions, manage technical setup, and welcome clients virtually
- Monitor attendance, verify daily records, and follow up on absences
- Provide calendar invites and reminders to clients and families
- Troubleshoot technical issues during group sessions
- Communicate absences or concerns with clinical staff, clients, and families
- Track alumni and family group participation
- Administer surveys and handle project-based administrative tasks
- Support the clinical team’s efficiency so they can focus on client care
What You Need
- Experience with a wide range of clients (children, teens, young adults, adults) preferred
- Comfort using Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, and EMR systems
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and independence in remote work
- Must be comfortable on video regularly
- Work authorization in the U.S. with native or bilingual English proficiency
Compensation
- $20/hour
