Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S.-based)
- Extensive product training and mentoring during first 90 days
- Growth-focused ramping path from ticket handling to subject-matter expertise
What You’ll Do
- Learn ClearCompany’s SaaS platform through sandbox training and real client cases
- Provide first-line support via tickets, chat, and phone to troubleshoot client issues
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support, Product Development, and Customer Success teams
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues—including exposure to HTML, CSS, APIs, and more
- Educate customers via help center materials and new release documentation
- Bring client feedback to internal teams to improve product and processes
What You Need
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience supporting clients (call center, IT, service industry, or equivalent)
- Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote team
- Comfort learning and working with technology (Zendesk, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Transferable skills considered—tech experience is not required but curiosity is essential
