Schedule

Responsibilities
- Onboard and train small- to mid-sized clients using our PredictionHealth product
- Guide clients through setup, configurations, and adoption of core and premium features
- Deliver webinars and Q&A sessions tailored to clinical teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts post-onboarding
- Troubleshoot client issues, manage escalations, and coordinate with product/engineering teams for resolution
- Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics to prevent churn
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales for smooth client handoffs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data insights to inform client strategies
Requirements
- Background as a PT, PTA, OT, SLP, or rehab clinic administrator
- 0–2 years in a customer-facing role in SaaS, healthcare, or support
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
- Experience with EMR systems and outpatient clinic workflows
- SaaS customer success experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and technical troubleshooting
- Experience in a rehab therapy or healthcare setting
