Responsibilities
- Lead retention, growth, and onboarding for your assigned client portfolio
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and key influencers
- Guide wellbeing strategy using best practices and tailored engagement plans
- Collaborate with Client Delivery on operational processes and program execution
- Conduct client reviews and analyze performance data to create actionable strategies
- Identify program optimization opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes
- Support new client implementations in partnership with Project Management
- Coordinate internal teams (Delivery, Solutions, Business Analysts) to ensure seamless execution
- Communicate product roadmap updates and value with clarity and confidence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years account management experience with direct ownership of client relationships
- Background in wellness, consulting, health insurance, healthcare, or navigation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Gainsight experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Able to work independently while serving as a trusted strategic partner
