What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning SeatGeek’s technology with business goals to drive revenue growth
- Identify and execute opportunities across product adoption, commercial improvement, and fan experience
- Lead internal and external business reviews, delivering insights that support renewals and client outcomes
- Generate client advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry exposure
- Manage daily communication, resolve issues, and build trust across a portfolio of clients including complex accounts
- Travel to client events to support engagement and relationship growth
- Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using tools like Looker, Excel, Google Suite, and internal reporting tools
- Lead internal cross-functional projects to support client needs and influence roadmaps
- Contribute to planning efforts including forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations
What You Need
- 4+ years in a client-facing role (customer success, account management, consulting, partnerships) in SaaS, tech, or entertainment
- Proven ability to drive measurable client outcomes and improve business performance
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial levers, including how to impact P&L
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Comfort working with data; experience with Looker, Google Suite, or similar tools is a plus
- Initiative, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a “one team” approach
- Willingness to travel regularly (25%–30%)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
